史雲生清雞湯 SWN-Chicken Broth—約500cc

牛奶 Milk—80cc
大蒜 Garlic—2粒
薑 Ginger—5g
柴魚片 Katsuo bushi—2g
砂糖 Sugar—2小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1大匙
麻油 Sesame oil—2小匙
白芝麻粉 White sesame powder—3大匙
辣油 Chili oil—1~2小匙
白胡椒 White pepper—少許
味噌 Miso—1大匙

雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—1~2片
清酒 Sake—1大匙
鹽巴 Salt—少許
白菜 Chinese Cabbage—1/4個
蔥 Green onion—2支
香菇 Shitake mushrooms—1~2片
蒟蒻絲 Konjack Noodles—1/2包
金針菇 Enoki mushrooms—1/2包
